Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK Mainland via DPD next day and Northern Ireland via Evri. We aim to have in stock items dispatched within 24-48 hours of an order being received between Monday-Thursday.  Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday which will then be a Tuesday dispatch. In the unlikely event this isn't possible we will contact you by e-mail to let you know.

 

Our postage costs are worked out based on the size and weight of your order, but also vary depending on your location. These costs do not fully cover the postage and packaging costs that we will incur, but we hope that allows us to offer competitive pricing. 

Some items have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently out of stock and on pre-order. If this is the case this will be included in the product description and any further delays to these items will be communicated via email if you have placed an order on these items. Please do add our email address to your safe sender list to avoid them going into your junk mailboxes. Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our wholesalers, but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us. 

As an environmentally conscious business and in order to minimize our carbon footprint we will dispatch all items together once your complete order is in stock, if you would prefer for all in stock items to be dispatched ahead of the pre-order item then you will need to place a separate order to cover the additional postage cost. 

 

A confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided once your item has been dispatched and any tracking information will be included on there too. We hope you're delighted with your order, however there may be an occasion where you need an exchange or a refund. As a UK consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within fourteen days following your receipt of the goods or the date on which we begin provision of the services.

For damaged or incorrectly supplied products: Please ensure you check all products against your order within 48 hours of delivery being completed, otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any faulty or incorrect items. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Once your email is received, we will contact you to discuss your options. If we accept an item is faulty we will provide an Evri return label which will need printing and attaching to the parcel. We can either arrange for this to be collected from you or you can drop at your local Evri collection shop.  You must return the products to us as soon as possible (within fourteen days of receipt of your order) after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.

Please note that we will not accept the return of any damaged or incorrectly supplied products where you fail to notify us within 48 hours of receiving them. On receipt of your returns, we will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours. If an exchange is required, this may take longer if we need to order in the necessary replacement items. We will cover the cost of postage to return any damaged/incorrectly supplied items.

If you want to return products that are not damaged, items you've changed your mind about or items we do not deem faulty but you decide you do not want to keep them then you must inform us of this within fourteen days, starting the day after you receive the order. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use these. Products should be returned at your cost, securely packaged within fourteen days of receipt of your order. It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging via their chosen courier service. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged. Unfortunately, we will not refund shipping costs for unwanted items. Items returned without tracking will not be refunded if for reasons out of yours or our hands do not arrive back to us. A refund will be issued within 24 hours of us receiving the returned item providing it is still in original packaging and unused.
